Information we collect
We collect the information you give us when you create an account and build a profile: your name, contact details, location, work history, education, credentials, skills and keywords, and any CV, documents, photographs, audio pitch or video you choose to upload. For employer accounts we collect company details and billing information.
How we use it
Candidate information is used to build your profile and make it discoverable to verified hiring executives while your profile is approved and visible. Employer information is used to verify the organisation, manage access and process payment.
Who can see your profile
Your full profile is shown only to signed-in employer accounts with active access, and only while your profile is approved and set to visible. You can hide your profile at any time from your dashboard.
Documents and media
CVs, photographs, pitches and videos are stored in private storage. They are served only to you, to verified employers with access, and to our moderation team.
Retention and deletion
You can edit or remove information from your profile at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and its associated files. Some records may be retained where we are required to keep them.
