Terms of Service
Using wewant2.work
wewant2.work is a talent discovery platform. Candidates publish profiles free of charge; hiring organisations pay for access to search and contact candidates. We do not act as an employment agency and we are not a party to any employment arrangement made between a candidate and an employer.
Candidate accounts
You must provide accurate information and only upload material you have the right to share. Profiles are reviewed before they become searchable and may be rejected or removed if they are misleading, offensive, or contain content that is not yours.
Employer accounts
Access is granted to verified organisations for genuine hiring purposes. Candidate information, including CVs and contact details, may not be resold, redistributed, scraped, or used for marketing unrelated to a hiring conversation.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew for the interval selected until cancelled. Profile view allowances apply per billing period and do not carry over. Trials are limited in duration and in the number of profiles that can be viewed.
Acceptable use
No automated collection of profile data, no attempts to bypass access limits, and no use of the platform to discriminate unlawfully against candidates.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
